Patricia W. Holden is an associate in the Zarwin Baum insurance defense group, focusing her practice in the areas of insurance coverage and bad faith. She provides insurance carrier clients with opinions on coverage matters and as these matters move into litigation, she handles claims both for and against the client, including declaratory judgment actions, trial and appellate causes.

Over the years, Patricia has had a varied insurance defense litigation practice. She has had substantial experience in automobile, product liability, premises liability, medical professional liability, toxic tort and first party benefit claims as well as subrogation.

Patricia began her career as the Law Secretary to the Honorable J. Gilbert Van Sciver in the New Jersey Superior Court, Law Division in Burlington County. While attending law school, she worked in the Employee Licensing section of the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, investigating the backgrounds and license applications of individuals seeking employment in the casino industry.
