Jessica W. Rhea focuses her practice in the areas of construction law, complex commercial litigation and corporate and commercial transactions and has represented contractors, developers, architects and manufacturers in state and federal courts across Pennsylvania and in various other states. Ms. Rhea also assists clients in analyzing, determining and reporting their state abandoned property liability. Ms. Rhea previously worked in the Washington, D.C. area in private practice and as Counsel, Regulatory Affairs for ShenTel, a Virginia-based telecommunications company that operates across nine states. There she was in charge of contract and lease drafting and negotiation, lobbying, monitoring and analyzing federal and state regulatory proceedings, and implementation of regulatory changes. As a law student, she interned for Jonathan Adelstein, one of the five Commissioners of the Federal Communications Commission.

Ms. Rhea graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2001 and is a 2005 graduate of the George Washington University Law School. She is licensed to practice in the Commonwealths of Pennsylvania and Virginia and in the District of Columbia.

Ms. Rhea and her husband live in Bethel Park, PA .
